Michael Hanson began his musical journey at the age of 12, when he got his first bass and began learning to play.  Having his first stage experience at 13, and professional experience by 14, he fell in love quickly with music in all its forms.  Around this time he began to learn guitar as well, and has been playing both ever since in both live, and studio environments for various bands and acts. Steve has over 30 yrs of experience as a guitarist and singer. Since moving to Prince George in 2001, Steve has been active in the local music scene, playing guitar and singing in several rock and country bands and writing and recording original material. Steve has a Master’s degree in Education from UNBC and 20 yrs of teaching experience. He teaches the contemporary music program (School of Rock), senior and junior guitar, and English at Prince George Secondary School. Arielle dates her love of violin and music back to when she first heard classical pieces by  Antonio Vivaldi on an audio recording "The Mystery of the Ring." It was at that moment that she knew she would work hard everyday to play music like that, it was a tall order for a child of six when she started playing violin. Paige Marriott – Vocals & Music Theatre

Paige Nicole Marriott is a recent grad of Capilano University’s Musical Theatre program. Paige was born and raised in Prince George and has been a part of its music community since 2009. She has performed solo, as a duo, and in a band at The Festival of Trees, charity events, and the BCNE. Skye Perez Horsland was born in Puebla, Mexico in 1994. He began playing drums at the age of 14, and writing music at the age of 16. After moving to Canada’s West Coast in 2012, he followed his dreams to Vancouver to study music at Capilano University in the fall of 2013. Alix Gibbons – Piano

Alix began taking piano lessons at 6 years old, completing RCM Advanced Rudiments music theory (First Class Honours with Distinction) in 2011and the Royal Conservatory of Music Grade 8 Piano in 2016. She has perfomed in the Prince George & District Music Festival multiple years as both a soloist and a duettist. Alix has a love for music and would like to pass that passion on to her students!

Isaiah Singh – Piano, Vocals & Ukulele

Isaiah has a passion for musical expression through piano, ukulele, and singing, and is an aspiring songwriter. In 2013, Isaiah placed first in a BC music writing competition for youth. In 2016, he completed his grade 10 RCM in piano (1st class honours) and is currently working towards his ARCT in piano performance with Lori Elder.

Karl Andersen teaches Piano, Violin, Cello, Flute and Music Theory. He completed his Bachelor of Music and Master of Music degrees at the University of Victoria, and holds an A.R.C.T. in Piano Performance. Since 1998, Karl has been a member of the BC Registered Music Teachers' Association in Prince George.
